At mono77, loyal and active players deserve more than just an ordinary gaming experience. Our VIP program is designed to deliver a more exclusive play experience, greater rewards, and personalized treatment you won't find anywhere else.
If you've been playing at mono77 for a while, you may have noticed something different between regular players and those who have reached VIP status. It's not just a different name or a gold badge on their account — the level of service, processing speed, withdrawal limits, and bonuses they receive are in a completely different league.
The mono77 VIP Programme is built on one simple principle: loyal players deserve more. Every ringgit you wager at mono77 counts as VIP points, and those points determine your position in our VIP hierarchy — starting from Bronze all the way up to the most exclusive Diamond level.
What makes it even better is that leveling up your VIP at mono77 doesn't require you to hit any grueling weekly targets. Our system is designed so that points accumulate naturally as you play your favorite games — slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and many other options available on our platform. The more actively you play, the faster your points grow, and the faster you rise to a higher VIP level.
Many players who have reached VIP Gold and above share one thing in common — they feel genuinely valued. At mono77, VIP members don't just get bigger bonuses; they also get access to a personal account manager they can reach directly for any assistance, from technical issues to bonus and withdrawal inquiries.
On top of that, mono77 regularly hosts exclusive VIP events — from high-prize slot tournaments to weekly challenges with cash rewards open exclusively to VIP members. This is where our best players compete with one another and share experiences within a closer community.
One thing mono77 VIP members frequently praise is the transparency of our points system. Unlike some platforms that bury the calculation method in lengthy, convoluted terms, mono77 displays the points accumulation rate clearly — how many points you earn for every MYR 10 wagered, when points are counted, and how many points are needed to advance to the next level. All of this can be monitored in your account dashboard at any time.
Each VIP level brings greater benefits. Start at Bronze and keep climbing the ranks all the way to the top at Diamond.

The mono77 VIP points system is designed so that all types of players can benefit, not just those who bet big. From casual players who play a few sessions a week to dedicated players who are active every day — everyone can advance through the VIP levels consistently.
Points accumulation rate is as follows: for every MYR 10 wagered on slots awards 1 VIP point, while Live Casino games and Sports Betting award different rates depending on the game type. Certain slots marked as "VIP Bonus" offer higher point rates, providing extra incentive to try selected titles.
VIP points are cumulative and never expire as long as your account is active. This means you don't need to worry about expiry dates or losing progress you have already built up. mono77 believes player loyalty should be rewarded consistently, not penalized for taking a short break.
Every valid wager on slots, Live Casino, or Sports Betting counts. There are no specific games you need to select — all bets contribute to your VIP points.
You don't need to press any button or submit any request. Every completed wager automatically updates your total VIP points in real time.
Log in to your mono77 account and navigate to the "VIP Status" section to check your current points balance, how many more you need to level up, and your active benefits.
When your points reach the next tier threshold, the upgrade happens automatically. Your upgrade bonus is credited instantly and your new benefits activate immediately.
The mono77 VIP Programme is more than just higher cashback — it's a complete benefits ecosystem designed to enhance every aspect of your gaming experience.
From Gold tier and above, you will be assigned a dedicated personal account manager who understands your playing style. Reach them directly through a dedicated channel for immediate assistance — from resolving account issues to recommending bonuses suited to your needs.
Mono77 Diamond VIP players can withdraw up to MYR 500,000 per day — far exceeding standard account limits. This ensures your big wins are never held up in lengthy withdrawal processes, so you can enjoy your winnings right away.
Gold VIP members and above gain access to an exclusive slot collection with higher betting limits and more favorable RTPs. Platinum and Diamond members are also eligible to play at VIP-only Live Casino tables with limits tailored for premium players.
Mono77 hosts slot tournaments, leaderboard challenges, and special events open exclusively to VIP members. Prizes at these events include cash, bonus credits, and special rewards not available through any regular promotion.
Gold VIP members and above receive a special birthday bonus — free credits with no strict wagering requirements. Platinum and Diamond members also receive personally curated physical gifts selected based on your profile and playing preferences.
Diamond VIP members enjoy priority withdrawal status — their withdrawal requests are processed ahead of standard requests. This means shorter wait times and greater peace of mind every time you want to cash out your wins.
